INDUSTRIAL DEVELOPMENT, YENNORA_________________________________________ Tuesday, 13 December, 2005 PROJECT: A new 16000m2 Industrial Facility with associated offices and on ground carparking for Sussans. The facility was custome desgined with Sussans specific use in mind. This was a design and build project for Prime Constructions who were on a tight construction schedule. Documentation was programmed on a on-time basis thus meeting the deadlines required for Sussan to obtain an early occupation.

RETAIL DEVELOPMENT - MUDGEE____________________________________________ Tuesday, 13 December, 2005 PROJECT: The Project included demolition of existing buildings, dwelling and erection of Discount Department Store - BIG W with 6 speciality shops and carparking. The project required the design to be sensitive to its heritage surroundings. The design involved working closely with Council's Heritage Officers. The result was a design that was embraced fully by council resulting in a straightforward approval.
AWARD: This building has recently won the Master Builders Association award for Retail projects worth $20 million and below. The project has also been nominated for the local Rotary Award.
